Rasheed keywords are everything! Here’s a quick explanation for you: Say you’ve got a great video about funny things to do on a hoverboard. If you upload that video with no keywords and the title “pic0293.mov” Google is going to have no clue what that video is about so no one will ever find it unless they search for “pic0293.mov” (which I doubt has ever been searched once on YouTube. But if you do some research and upload you video titled “5 Funny Things To Do On Your Hoverboard” and use keywords like “hoverboard” “funny video” “best hoverboard videos” “[insert some brands of hoverboards]” “best hoverboard” “hoverboard handstand” etc. and also put those keywords in your video description, Google will know exactly what your video is about and will be able to show your video to anyone who searches those things.

The big challenge for YouTube seems to be getting more people to use the site directly. Too many viewers are apparently watching embeds on other sites or dropping in for the odd video without clicking around and browsing further. So ya I agree with you there 100%. Once you have the knowledge though I think its really important to try new things. For example I made a ton in Online Poker back in 2005-2007.. Now its nearly impossible to make real money in that industry. Things get hot then saturated. For people doing seo/sem its totally different though.. thats about 10% of my business. 90% is all direct response marketing, ppc.. It is definitely much easier to test new niches with ppc.

I may as well start with something I know well. When I started out as a freelance writer 20 years ago, things were very different. I wrote mostly for magazines, and I had to rely on snail mail to send out drafts and queries. Thank you for the input. I think your probably right….the purse selling would be a huge challenge. Thank you for the suggestions 1 & 2. My husband owns a complete auto care business and we are leaning towards purchasing vehicles from individual sellers to resell. That may be the more certain route to take. We have access to auto technicians and auto equipment etc. I was kinda trying to do something myself, I’ll get back to brain storming!
Now, this isn't about some get-rich-quick method here. If you want to get rich quick, forget about trying to do it on the internet. Sure, Facebook ads are all the craze, but without a serious understanding of the mechanics behind sales funnels and conversion optimizations, which only comes after years and years of in-the-trenches work in the internet marketing field, you're largely wasting your time trying to "get rich quick."
