The advantage for Google was that the user-uploaded content really only cost the company in terms of infrastructure maintenance. The idea seemed to be that the cost of maintaining YouTube would drop as technology improved and more video content could be monetized through ads and market pricing. Thanks to some innovation within the ads themselves, the market for the ads has improved. YouTube overlays allowed ads to populate videos at different points of the viewing rather than just having a pre-roll ad, and they followed the embedded video around the web. Even with better ads, however, as of May 2015, the revenue was still not enough to pay for the site.
There are many ways you can do this. If you’ve got a pile of cash laying around, you can create paid advertising campaigns. As long as your revenue exceeds your expenses, you profit. Unfortunately, this method usually doesn’t work for beginners for two reasons. One, most new affiliate marketers don’t have piles of cash laying around to spend on advertising. Two, creating a successful paid advertising campaign is extremely difficult. If you can figure out how to break even before losing thousands of dollars, you’re doing VERY well.
Once you've decided whose products you're promoting, email the product owner and introduce yourself. According to Pat Flynn, an expert affiliate marketer, taking the time to establish a relationship with the product-makers, and not just their products, can pay off in a number of ways. For instance, Flynn regularly interviews the CEOs of the products he markets for his podcast. "No one knows that product better than the founder, so they will likely be able to share the features, benefits and results in a way that will optimize conversions,"
Show you love your content: You need to be creating videos about something you love. Having a passion for your videos will make an affect on how they're received - if you seem interested, chances are your viewers will be too. If you don't love what you're doing you'll soon get bored and the videos will start to reflect that. Passion comes first, and the money comes second!
Make your videos with a specific type of person in mind. This is basic advertising 101; identifying your target demographic. Don’t tell me that your demographics are 21 – 55 year old women. This is the shotgun approach that’s too general and vague. Do you talk to a 21 year old girl the same way you’d talk to a 55 year old lady? Of course not. Define your audience and create videos that’s catered to them.
I have been really disappointed with the survey gig. They underestimate the time they take to complete by like a third and often I find myself spending 10 minutes in what seems like a survey only to find out it’s a pre-survey qualifier, where it feels like I’m giving them so much personal information that I ought to be paid, but at the end of it I’m told I don’t qualify but the award like the equivalent of a penny or two to thank you for your time.
You can sell your ebooks through Amazon's Kindle program or Apple's iTunes Connect, which gives you access to a large majority of the digital-book reading market and the barriers for entry are incredibly low. You don't need to invest lots of money to make this happen, but you do need to invest lots of time, not only in writing the ebooks, but in marketing them as well.

And money ultimately comes when a service or product is sold! So if you can write an Ebook then write another which you can sell for money!
