Google has a few different options for expanding YouTube. One is a monthly subscription to view an ad-free version of YouTube with additional exclusive videos that non-paying users can’t access. In Autumn 2015 the company rolled out YouTube Red — a subscription service that allows watching ad-free videos and listen to music without interruptions for $9.99 a month. YouTube Red that was probably intended as a competitor to Netflix, also includes original shows and movies. Around the same time, the company launched YouTube music app, which is free with ads, but offers an enhanced music experience if a consumer is simultaneously subscribed to YouTube Red. 

Research other listings in your city on AirBnB and see what the going rate is for a place like yours. You could also just rent out a private room as well or even a bed in a shared room. In fact, that's how AirBnB got its start. However, you might find it hard in the beginning without reviews, but as long as you take really good care of your guests and provide a lot of value, the reviews will eventually come rolling in.
All this is not to say that YouTube is in trouble. Revenue is growing even if the profits aren’t increasing at the same pace, and growth is better than nothing. There are also some secondary benefits to YouTube for Google. The company pulls in more user data the longer users stay in the Googleverse, which includes YouTube, and that data helps it market more efficiently across all its platforms. Google can afford to be patient while YouTube figures out how to make a profit.

I may as well start with something I know well. When I started out as a freelance writer 20 years ago, things were very different. I wrote mostly for magazines, and I had to rely on snail mail to send out drafts and queries. I’d wait weeks for a response from my editors. Not many people had the patience for it, and few stuck around long enough to ever start earning a real income from it.
Number of views is a very ‘general’ indicator of revenue. Example,.. One of my most viewed videos (In top 10-20 of the channel) recently got a huge spike (for this channel) from some random person randomly putting it on a reddit category and then that reddit post becoming, briefly, somewhat popular. Not over the top — but the video I’m referring to is 1 minute long,.. and shows a Cop being detected from behind me with a unique system .. me saying as much.. .. I make sure I’m at the speed limit, then a car flies by me on the left lane and seconds later a cop flies by (at night) and flips on his lights after he passes me and pulls this car over.
At the end of the day, though, there are a lot of variables that can affect just how much you can make on YouTube. Your audience has a lot to do with the type of ad that would work best. For example, if you are making short funny videos, it’s probably best to not include a 30-second ad at the beginning—a viewer might just skip right on by. Luckily, YouTube has an analytics page that you can use to see just about every measurable aspect of your video—from demographics to time of day watched and location.
Understand the different sales models. The most common forms of paid channel advertising are cost-per-mille (CPM) and cost-per-click (CPC). CPM ads are the banners you see across the tops of webpages. You are billed a flat rate based on the number of times the ad is displayed. CPC ads are the paid advertising results you see on a Google search results page or in the side margin on a Facebook page. You pay for every click on your ad.[17]

My 10-year-old son brought home a book from our park’s free library box. It was a biology textbook – teachers edition.
